I just started using it and overall I feel good. Their customer service is very responsive, especially Hannah, who gave me a lot of advice. Highly recommended!

Going through set up on our own and so far it's a pretty simple program. Easy to understand and the help we received through chat was very fast and accurate. We'll update after we've used it for longer!

it was awesome app to promote with affiliate program and referral program. Well orginaized! It's somewhat limited to customize details in micro view, to be honest. But I'm really touched by the support from team, especially Hannah and Barney. They have tried to fulfill my request, and I could get almost same design I wanted. Very recommanded!

I just started learning how to use my upgraded plan to Enterprise, and I had a bunch of questions so I can properly integrate all the features that I would like to have to launch my Affiliate Program. I had a list of questions and Tommy from UpPromote Support was able to assist with each question, in addition to having photo images showing what to do and where to go, which made the learning process that more easier. Great apps, easy to use

Nick should get paid more, he's the best staff member by far and will go out of his way to help you. 4 stars though because there is some sneaky paywalls in this app that you'd never guess was there until you're fully invested. Tread carefully.
