Really great app with even better customer service. Tommy helped me our with good advice in my decision making process. The beautiful thing about the app is the ease to work with and the integrations they offer. I'm running a startup and we all know subscription contracts usually like to force you into staying with them for at least a full year. But not UpPromote, whenever you don't need the expensive package you just downgrade.

The recent changes made to this App are not great. Affiliates struggle to see their networks. The App does not open directly anymore.

We're aiming for a much greater user experience by developing a whole new app interface embedded in Shopify. With that, you can easily navigate UpPromote functions and Shopify admin sections all in one page/browser tab. Uppromote is amazing! Not only is their interface super easy to install and understand, but their customer support is also superb. I recently had some confusion with some features after upgrading my plan and my rep Tommy was very patient and understanding. He walked me through my frustration and really helped me understand what to do. It wasn't just one of those typical experiences. I'd recommend UpPromote to anyone with an E-com store. Recommend it, very good for the price. The best option for a starting point. I don't know in the future what will be our needs and if UpPromote will fullfill our needs, but this solution is the best we found for now. It's super easy to setup, and the customer service is really efficient. I highly recommend it.
