The customer service is absolutely amazing. I've been interacting with Barney for all of my requests, and I've never gotten a response that took more than a few minutes. I was able to get my job done quickly and efficiently. Thank you Barney!!

UpPromote was very helpful during our manual migration to their software. They continue to be quick to respond and provide detailed answers and solutions. Selina, the support team (especially Nick and Gwen) and the entire development team do their best to get all of our fixes and customizations turned around quickly. I also appreciate the flexibility of their commission program functionality. I recommend UpPromote.

I just installed and set up my first affiliate program. It was very straightforward and relatively easy to get started. I'm testing out the free plan to see how things go before going with a paid plan, but I have to say, the customer service, even though it's chat has been stellar! I had a few questions and I didn't have to wait longer than 2-3 minutes before someone was online helping me out with the answers I needed. So far, so good!

What stands out even more is the outstanding support provided by Selina. Her assistance has been crucial; she is always attentive and handles any issues with expertise and efficiency. Any questions or doubts are promptly resolved thanks to her exceptional support. Selina's attention and technical assistance are a solid 10/10. Highly recommend!

The customer support was super prompt concerning my response and made my day by solving the issues I had and I managed to learn from my mistakes. To include your affiliate marketing YouTube video, copy from the URL instead of the share button link. Silly mistake of mine. Hopefully, it helps others too. 10 stars for Tommy.

We are sporting goods company and have been using UpPromote since January 2023. After using 2 other affiliate programs, we found this one to be the most user friendly and effective platform for our affiliates. This platform is easy to integrate and customize when it comes to branding, programs, and correspondence. Definitely recommend!

Just getting started setting up the app, and we are super impressed with the customer service so far! Barney has been very helpful. It’s so refreshing to have great customer service at your fingertips! Very quick to respond. Once the app is up and running for a few months we’ll update the review (or post another one) regarding ease of setup, functionality, etc., as this app has so many wonderful and useful features! But for now, customer service gets an A+++, which was one of the main reasons we chose this app. Prior to purchasing, Tommy with customer service was also very helpful in providing answers to our pre-purchase questions, and this tipped the hat for us! We are adding to this post after a couple weeks of using the program. We can’t say enough about their customer support, especially Nick! Wow! He certainly knows the ins-and-outs of this program. When we had a somewhat complicated question, he clearly understood it and provided a great resolution, where others (although helpful) missed the mark on the final detail for resolution. My guess is, with such great support this unique situation and resolution will be made known to all team members for future use. That being said, all chat support members really have been extremely helpful. We would recommend UpPromote to anyone and everyone! The features are remarkable! AN UPDATE after months of use - Still the best app on the market! So many features - they’ve thought of everything! And, the customer service is the best - quick to respond and very, very helpful! We highly recommend UpPromote.....You will not be disappointed. Update 2026: Still love the program and so do our affiliates! Easy to set up; easy to use. Mina assisted with questions we had today.
