Easy to setup, customer service has been easy, fast, and friendly!
The support team are absolute rockstars (Barney & Tanie), always so helpful and respond at such a fast rate! I love how our chat continues and that you dont have to start from scratch!
Tanie and the entire Uppromote team is always super nice and available to help with any issue a customer might encounter. They always provide valuable solutions and take their time to explain to you what needs to be done. Would reccomend!
Paid for a year subscription and ended our affiliate program early. This app has plenty of bugs and the major one is that the PayPal integration is broken so all payments have to be made manually. I removed the app after 6 months and this company is refusing to even offer a partial refund. Stay away from them as their customer support is awful and the app is full of bugs. You can do the same exact thing that this app does for free with Shopify collabs.

(1) Our agent did not refuse your refund request — he simply asked for a billing screenshot in line with our policy. You are eligible for a partial refund, and we're ready to process it. (2) Regarding the PayPal integration, we found no record of it being reported to us; this kind of issue is often tied to PayPal account approval rather than the app itself, and we'd love the chance to troubleshoot it further with you.
