Tommy was able to get me through the PayPal Payout setup. I wasn't able to complete the steps following the video because what was shown on the video wasn't what I saw on my screen. I was able to complete the task with Tommy giving me screenshots and guiding me through! Thank you!! High five!!!

I had talked about doing an affiliate program for months. UpPromote had me up and going within minutes. Their app is fantastic on automating the processes of tracking sales. The most beneficial part is that their support staff is always available to help out with any issues or questions. I am very happy with their app and service!

So far I love the app and thought this was a specific review for my recent bulk payout experience. In regard to that I kept getting an error message because it was my first time so I'd fix what needed to be fixed and it would still give the error so I had to close and exit 3 times to get it to go through with my changes. Just to add to it I submitted this review and it brought me back to the same page to submit the review. After 5 times I gave up and lo and behold my review is there. If this edit doesn't show up I'm not going to keep clicking this time. I'm tired ;)

the worst company in the world i gave them nearly 100,000 affilates and they completely screwed up everything you speak with 7 different people a day i have no idea how they have these reviews

Also, we're sorry that we don't have any agents who can be available 24/7 just to support you. We had no choice but to support you with different agents. We believe all of our agents are capable of assisting you with your concerns in a timely manner. We have been trying our best to do every single one of your extra requests.
