New user here, not much experience with the app yet, but I can say that the support team (Hannah specifically) was patiently explaining features and functionality. This gives me the optimism that the app will perform well, and will be part of my site for a long time.

I think it's the best app because you can get responses when you have problems in real time! I'm always helped by Barney. He's always trying and proactively acting on my issues. It is a very convenient application for contributing to marketing performance. The dashboard is intuitive and professional. And it has a good UIUX for seeing marketing performance.

It was so close to good! Really great portal and extensive configuration - managed to get the portal, sign in, all pages, and functionality working exactly how I wanted them. Unfortunately, only got purchase tracking to work when Shop Pay was used, but not when regular checkout was done - we admittedly have a strange website setup.. Tested and tried for a while, couldn't get it going. Besides that, the upgrades are far more expensive than the alternatives, which offer perfectly competitive features.

Good, Tommy customer service responded to questions immediately. It would be better if the function settings, processes and names were simpler.

Fantastic support. I am new to the app and was able to get fully set up in about 30 minutes. I had some technical questions and the support team was able to help me with some custom code and answer all of my questions in just a few minutes. While my experience is short, so far it has been great!

We were a little confused after setting up our first set of programs because one of our affiliates had made their first sale but it wasn't showing on her dashboard. I reached out to support and spoke to Nick at UpPromote who was a great help! He advised me of the issue and also offered some suggestions and guidance on how to rectify it. Good customer support is harder to come by nowadays so I'm especially pleased with UpPromote's service! Highly recommend
