Their AI and human chat experience was excellent. I'm busy, they're busy but they gave me pertinent information to solve my problem and I could fix the issue on my own schedule. Excellent service everyone ending with Jose!

I spent almost two hours troubleshooting my upsell setup, and there were a few frustrating moments, especially when a real customer order was modified during testing without my approval. That said, the support team (Mark and Dom) stayed with me the entire time and helped get everything fully resolved. They were patient, responsive, and made sure the final setup works smoothly. Great support overall, but I’d love to see more caution around live orders.
