Hipomarket.shop great app at reasonable price,help me a lot to handle everyday product description improvement
We have been using this app to generate bulk product descriptions, and it has been an absolute game-changer for the workflow. What really sets them apart, though, is their support. The team is incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in setting up the templates properly.

OK I am revising my review, the problem was my fault as I tried to run it on over 4000 products at once. Ricky helped me out and reissued my credits and advised me not to overload the program so much (50-100 max at a time). It does exactly what it says it will do just be warned if you are making site wide changes on thousands of items it will take some time and to do them in small batches.
I've uninstalled this app- and I was still charged. I can't find a way to contact support. (As I no longer have the app installed, and I can't find any support emails) I was charged for your app (AI Product Copy) even though I already removed it from my Shopify store. Store: wild-willow-and-co.myshopify.com Uninstalled on: April 19th our email: [email protected] Please review the billing period for this charge. If it was applied after uninstall, please issue a refund.

A great support team, specifically Penelope.
It was very good. First, you actually get a human and not an AI driven loop that can only handle the most basic questions. Second, Kevin was a good communicator and understood my issues. I am pleased with the app to a large extent because it is well supported by capable people.
For now, I'm trying out the free plan, but from what I can see, this app works really well and offers lots of possibilities! I spoke with Brian, who was very friendly and professional :)

I was helped by Penelope to fix a SEO description for one of my collections. For some reason it thought my candles were something you eat, she showed me how to do it correctly to get the right description and even credited my account for the mix up
Had some issues with the apps generated descriptions, but Pamela was very kind and quickly found and resolved the issue. Great customer support.
The App is working great! Its easy to use once i figured out what I was doing wrong. I was confused on how to find my bulk sessions. Tobias helped me figure out where they were and explained in detail on how exactly i over looked them! Tobias was Extremely polite and professional, did an amazing job!

I just installed this app, and I love it because it can create product descriptions in bulk. I am importing 20 products, and it can create them in less than 5 minutes. Penelope is helpful in entertaining my concerns.
