Arthur was great to work with and get my old order review request sent out immediately. I started receiving reviews as soon as he helped support me. Things seem to be flowing nicely now!

I am truly impressed with the Air Product Reviews app. Not only is the interface user-friendly and effective, but the customer service is on a whole different level. This is a great app! The in-app customer service is truly 10/10 — extremely helpful and incredibly responsive. I was assisted by Audrey, and she made the entire process simple, smooth, and stress-free. She responded quickly, answered all my questions clearly, and made everything easy to understand. I downloaded this app because of the good reviews and because it was free. I have been meaning to add a review app on our site for sometime but did not find one that was easy to use. I was able to set up this app in minutes and when I had a question I reached out to the customer support. Jade was helpful and fast. She helped me resolve my questions and even gave me some suggestions. Very helpful!

For a free app this is absolutely fantastic. It is easy to set up. While some features might be missing, it definitely does what it needs to do, everything else is just a bit extra. I needed support a few times and they have been so super helpful and answered all my questions and fixed issues I had in a timely manner. Can only recommend, especially for stores just starting out.

The app has been tested and has all the features you would expect from a rating system. It was very easy and intuitive to set up. Customer service is also very fast and helpful—Arthur quickly helped me with a problem and implemented the solution in no time with the help of the technical team. Overall, I can recommend the app so far.
