I had a very smooth experience using Air Product Reviews. チャッティング機能を利用して、わからない事についてアーサーさんが対応してくれた。すぐに返事をくれて解決できたのでよかった。柔軟に対応してくれた。 レビュー表示のバリエーションがもう少したくさんあったらよかった。

I just installed this app a few minutes ago. I immediately had a question about how to upload old reviews from Yotpo (sp?). I was pleasantly surprised to find the chat helper was an actual person. They helped me reformat my file so I could upload it and it only took a short while!

Customer service is very responsible and patient in helping. But Unable to start plugin, refreshing after startup prompts to start again.

Good app for reviews but currently you can only import 10 reviews at a time from amazon

The team is very attentive to your needs and they are quick to respond. Thank you Avery, Alicia and Riley. Gave it 4 stars, because some of the items don't work out of the box, as intended.

Good App. Though updating the app as per my theme took some weeks but in the end it worked out well. App is working good and of-course it is loaded with pretty good features. Must use this app in your shopify store.
