great app with great developers and assistance, the chat with the developers is perfect for getting quick and good help, Avery and William helped me setting up and fixing everything i demanded..now my rating system works perfectly! definitly recommend this app!

i had few issues in setting up the app, and got in touch with customer service. Agent name was Russ, i received help within minutes and he sorted out all my issues very efficiently and promptly . Thanks Russ, great experience and great app.

L'app fa esattamente quello che promette ed è molto intuitiva, ma il vero valore aggiunto è senza dubbio il servizio clienti! Avevo bisogno di alcune personalizzazioni grafiche (CSS) un po' specifiche per adattare i riquadri delle recensioni al design e alle forme del mio sito. L'assistenza è stata impeccabile. Ci tengo a fare un ringraziamento speciale a Russ: è stato super paziente, cordiale e ha gestito la mia richiesta in modo professionale, aiutandomi a ottenere esattamente il risultato estetico che desideravo. Servizio a 5 stelle, app straconsigliata!

A great app to collect reviews and build a trust factor for the customers. The support team is top notch and goes out of their way to help. Special thanks to Iris, very prompt with the replies and helped me send review request to our old customers almost instantly. A great experience overall.
