Grâce à cette application, j'ai pu recueillir des avis clients de manière fluide et améliorer la crédibilité de mes produits. J'aimerais particulièrement remercier Hana pour son excellent service client. Elle a su répondre à toutes mes questions rapidement et m'a aidé à résoudre un problème technique en un temps record. I’m not usually one to ask for help tbh but this time I’m glad i did! Audrey was soo helpful and she made the process for me very smooth as I was also busy so I’m definitely going to keep this app, it’s easier than I thought! And she customized my settings to make my reviews more visible for customers to engage and that’s important! Thank you thank you soo much I love it

Best customer support. I had an annoying glitch with my product star rating being duplicated and I tried fixing it myself but had no luck. So I contacted the customer support for assistance and they got it fixed in no time. Huge thanks to Penelope and Charles from Avada customer support for helping me out.

Great App everything you need is there in the app and it is easy to use all the features are there easy to import reviews through amazon and other market places and most importantly support is amazing they are very nice people, like i was stuck somewhere and a person called MIA she helped me through it and she is very kind and helpfull quick responses and explains everything in detail . big shout out to MIA .

I am extremely impressed with the performance of this plugin. The customer service provided by Lydia and Maison is exceptional. They have been able to resolve nearly all of my inquiries. I am truly satisfied with this product.
