Recently installed the app and I must say, for a free app it's more than enough. Lydia has been really kind and helped me get rid of the watermark too, apparently all you have to do is contact support and not pay to get it removed which is a huge plus.

Just came across this app and looked perfect for my store. It was easy to install but did come across a slight problem with importing reviews (my fault not the app) but was able to speak to someone immediately on chat (even on a Sunday). Audrey was a great help and we resolved the issue very quickly. Can't wait to get to use more of the app.

I had a very good experience. i needed help and reach out for a chat and i was promptly assisted by Esther. She was great, and quickly resolve my issue. Great customer service and quick assistance. Definitely recommend this app.

Awesome customer service, I just downloaded the app and had a query so I got in touch with customer service via the chat service and Prakash solved my problem in minutes :)

This is a review about the customer service! Well here is the story...I have been looking for an app to allow costumers to leave a review. I installed 3 other apps but since my Dawn template has some mods already installed None of the "Guides" from the other apps would install so I needed help...I tried to contact them in the chat....I got no responses for days, I was very disappointed! then I bumped into AVADA app...of course I had to contact them...and WOW! Hanna was online and responded immediately...even at 4AM their time! and they started to work on the installation....this morning found a message in the chat letting us know that the installation was done! We checked it and we ask for a few corrections and again Abby was there to help...minutes later was ALL DONE! I would give them 6 Stars if possible ! Very Satified Highly recommended!
