I'd like to thank Hana for helping me solve a problem with sending notifications to previous clients. We have satisfied customers who were unable to leave us feedback. This requires an additional app such as Avada Email Marketing & Sms. She's offered to help me with the settings, thanks again.

I have tried a few different product review apps, but the experience with AirReviews has been the best one by far. Very easy to use and the support is extremely helpful! It took 15 seconds for Abby in the support team to get back to me over the chat and was able to help with all the questions. It's a strong recommendation from my side!

I have just downloaded and integrated the app. I was a bit confused and wasn't finding the right way to add the review page on home landing page. I contacted the customer service and I am so pleased with the services of Jasmine and Aviva! They helped me with everything and made the whole process very easy! Promptly responded and catered to all my queries! Looking forward to working with them! Thank you!

This app has been very easy to install and set up. I really appreciated Abby's support in particular as she was quick to respond and helped me with resolving an issue I was experiencing. I would highly recommend this app!

Super easy to use app for free and top customer support. What more could you ask for in an app that's free? I had to make a few adjustments, which is why I contacted support via live chat. The super nice Sunny and Tony answered all my questions and made all the adjustments in my store themselves real quick. Highly recommended app so far!

By far the best reviews app on Shopify app store. Seamless integration, functionality and professional design. The service and tech support is the best you'd come across no matter how big or small the task. Highly recommended to all. Impressive app with excellent service! I was using an older Shopify theme and struggled to add reviews on my own. Abby from the service team, who responded within just 1 minute, promptly resolved the issue within 3 minutes. Thank you

Very easy to use! Perfect addition to my store allowing customers to leave seamless reviews. Had a small issue with the review box, reached out to support and Esther was very easy to work with, had a quick solution for my problem and was up and running.

I imported reviews from Amazon, but they weren't showing up in the recent section. I contacted the team, and Hana resolved the issue within a minute.
