Impressive, I needed assistant to activate the app and they managed to set it perfectly in less than an hour. Highly recommended. One comment though, email notifications to clients are automated with reference to delivery so if you are using local shipping that is not tracked by Shopify "Other shipping agent" the email will not be sent, this should be modified to automatically send email notifications based on a certain amount of time from Purchase date and not delivery date. Please check and fix this issue

I had the pleasure of dealing with Hana from your customer service team, and I couldn't be happier with the level of assistance I received. Hana went above and beyond to resolve my issue and make sure I left the conversation satisfied. Her professionalism and knowledge were immediately apparent. She not only addressed my concerns promptly but also took the time to explain the steps she was taking to resolve the problem. This level of transparency and communication is something I truly appreciate as a customer.

I can't recommend this Shopify review app enough. It's incredibly user-friendly, and seamlessly integrated with 2 of my stores. While the free plan is great for starters, I'd love to see more resources for beginners and expanded features on the free tier in the future. In summary, this app has significantly boosted my store's credibility and customer trust, making it a must-have for any Shopify store owner. Thank you!

Really good addition to the store, easy to set up and great customer service. I had a few extra requests and Jasmine and Juliana helped me out really quickly.

Such a great experience with Sunny and Anivia! The customer support deserves 10/10. Super helpful and went out of their way to get reviews on my website. Both on product page and on the landing page. Great app too , very easy to use!

Meeting is fate, just started to use, so far it is very good, they have 24/7 customer service support, you can ask for help if you have any questions, there are also shortcomings, but they will register needs to improve our use experience, It's worth everyone's use.

O aplicativo além de ter um visual bonito é gratuito e isso para quem está começando faz toda a diferença. Infelizmente, o app não estava funcionando no meu tema, o que me deixou bem decepcionado, já que a possibilidade de importar avaliações por CSV (presente em poucos apps dessa categoria) é incrível e poupa tempo. Entrei em contato com a equipe de suporte e fui respondido rapidamente e em 48h o meu problema foi resolvido e as avaliações passaram a aparecer em minha loja. Estou muito grato e satisfeito com o Air Product Reviews e super recomendo!

Excellent app that is easy to manage. I got help from Tracy on the support immediately when I needed to tweak the code a bit. She helped me in minutes. Both app and support gets 5 of 5.
