The review app is awesome! Especially, the support team, Esther and Maison helped me during the setup and customising the review block as per my needs. A must have app for all e-commerce stores.

Honestly One of the best apps ever! I had an exceptional experience with their customer service they are truly brilliant and they went out of their way to help me. The support team was responsive and went above and beyond. Moreover, the app is nothing short of great, their app is really light and doesn't affect the Stores speed and it is feature packed. overall it's a 10/10 for me!

Simply wonderful app. Initially, I had some issues while importing and displaying the reviews but It was all so easy that I realized later. I contacted customer support and Hana was there to help. She did everything that I needed to set up in my store. Great.

The plugin's native page is clean and simple, and it's easy to import customer reviews. Technical support responds （Audrey and Anivia） quickly when there are problems, it's a great plugin to recommend!

Had a little problem with the widgets not showing but Hana from the support team resolved it in 2 minutes. I just realised that she responded so quickly on a saturday (Christmass time in my country)

Customer service chat support is awesome! Jasmine was incredible and helped me immensely in troubleshooting and in seeing what is possible for us! Just a note for now to check, currently the days after delivery when you send review emails appear to actually be the amount of days after an item is fulfilled in Shopify (not after it is delivered) so, add some extra days in there when you are first starting to be safe!
