The product looks good and the support team was awesome, had some issues over a couple of days but the support was right on top of it. Juliana took care of things with the installation issues, Jasmine and Anivia were right there when I had some duplications arise. Would definitely recommend it.

Great Support from Lydia, Helped me immediately to resolve my query. One suggestion I have, do integrate WhatsApp as one of the medium to take Customers product feedback as now a days it is more effective and have higher conversion ratio to get more product review as compare to traditional email system.

So far the service is top notch They are very fast and professional Liz is working on my site now as I type this review I have another site I pay a premium price for and Liz this company is simple the best so far since I have been looking around on what app to install for my reviews. I had to search in the shopify app store not sure why there not ranked on the first page as they should be at the top page of shopifi's review app. Thanks Liz
