日本語のサイトで導入しました。 とても使いやすくてチャットサポートもばっちりでした。 UIもシンプルでユーザーフレンドリーだと思います。 I installed the software on a Japanese website. It was very easy to use and the chat support was excellent. The UI is simple and user-friendly.

Very Impressive app. Easy to use and manage. I was facing some issues to show the star rating under product name on product grid section and then contact on support for help me out. there support execute is very helpful and I'm very happy to use this app

I honestly had a lot of hiccups when getting the app set up (at first seemed like nothing was working correctly) but Esther and Gideon were extremely helpful and quick to help me get everything working correctly and resolved on the back end. I have one more issue outstanding, but I'm confident they will get back to me and solve it, based on their work so far!

This very nice app and free with very nice and quick support this app is an updated review after I had a problem they solved it very quickly for me but thanks to the support team member "Hana" everything was fixed and worked perfectly within a couple of minutes. Overall this app is very good as it allows reviews with pictures, unlike many others. Highly recommend. Thank You!!!

Hana gave me great support when I had a small issue. Overall very good app, the email templates do need a lot of updating. Other than that a great app.
