AG Product Reviews App & UGC

This is now my 3rd app with Avada and their support team has been helpful every step of the way. Esther assisted me in my questions about installation of AirReviews and was wonderful

So far so good! Recently started to use this app and I really excited about it! Also customer support very kindly answering to all questions, I had experience with consultant Esther :)

This app has 1 weakness: it can't be translated for multilingual stores, instead you can only choose one language. That said, I can't give anything less than 5 stars because the app is free and excellent. Great branding options and support staff is fast to answer questions. Integrates with shopify flow and other automation apps.

airreviews is an absolute "must have" plugin for all your customer review needs. i decided to test this review app, and it was very easy to setup and use. whats worth mentioning is their customer service was more than excellent (through chat). my website for some odd reason decided to not show our reviews and I couldnt figure it out, so I decided to ask for help in their chat...both Wendy and Gideon solved my issues within minutes and my site was back to normal. I thought I had to wait a day or so (most customer service on chats take long), but it turns out they fixed it really quick. thank you again for your help!

great app with great customer service. Hana replied to me instantly and was able to make any changes to the app that I asked for. They even edited my csv files for me to make them compatible with the app so that I could download reviews from my previous online store.

Great App for free price but lack few functionalities like product groups and all review widget to make review page. 5/5 for support, I connect with "Lydia" in support. No complains there.
