AG Product Reviews App & UGC

I honestly had a lot of hiccups when getting the app set up (at first seemed like nothing was working correctly) but Esther and Gideon were extremely helpful and quick to help me get everything working correctly and resolved on the back end. I have one more issue outstanding, but I'm confident they will get back to me and solve it, based on their work so far!

This very nice app and free with very nice and quick support this app is an updated review after I had a problem they solved it very quickly for me but thanks to the support team member "Hana" everything was fixed and worked perfectly within a couple of minutes. Overall this app is very good as it allows reviews with pictures, unlike many others. Highly recommend. Thank You!!!

Hana gave me great support when I had a small issue. Overall very good app, the email templates do need a lot of updating. Other than that a great app.

Strongly recommended! Although I was initially skeptical about this free app, I must say: Fantastic App and fantastic customer service! Can seamlessly integrate with my theme with a few clicks and basic styling. Wendy and Abby also assisted me when I needed assistance with section placement and branding removal. They are both extremely responsive and helpful.

Great app. Works like a charm and plenty of customisable options for displaying on your (custom) theme. Any small issue I ran into, I was helped via chat immediately. Great customers service, especially Abby and Tony were particularly helpful fixing my code to customise the reviews on our site. Highly recommend!

I am going to launch my store soon. I have problem with the app where the rating not appear in homepage and collection. I tried to put it myself but it does not work. Luckily, Esther help me out with it. Avada does offer a great apps that comes with amazing customer service. If you have problem with the app, do not worry. Just give them a chat and they will reply you in seconds. Thank you Esther for assist me with my problem. Recommended app!
