Has taken me only a couple short hours to import, integrate, and adjust this to my needs. I'm super happy. May do some minor adjustments to the design in the coding, but this offers me soooooo much more than I ever thought I could expect from it. And the customer service is next level! The first impression of this app is great. The ability to import reviews from other platforms is really great. The fact that you can use the app for free is another great achievement. I can't evaluate all the functions yet, so I still have to get used to it, but the impression so far is already convincing. I had a problem placing and integrating the stars and rating option, the two girls from support Jasmine and Anivia did a great job and solved my problems for me in a few minutes via support access to my store. That's called service!

I use a lot of apps in shopify and we have multiple shopify websites/stores. The best support/products are done by Avada by far! Everything is done perfectly. I really which all the apps / developers are like them, it will save people time and money.

At the first place my review box wasn't showing up, but Lydia from their team replied quick and fixed the issue for me. I would like if I could edit reviews from Aliexpress, so I can change their names and maybe delete or translate some text. Recommend if you need a free app for your reviews.
