Great Service From Lydia. :)

Very easy to use! Perfect addition to my store allowing customers to leave seamless reviews. Had a small issue with the review box, reached out to support and Esther was very easy to work with, had a quick solution for my problem and was up and running.

I imported reviews from Amazon, but they weren't showing up in the recent section. I contacted the team, and Hana resolved the issue within a minute.

More difficult to navigate than it needs to be

The AirReviews app really facilitates adding and managing reviews in your ecommerce store from various wholesaler channels and/or from your new and existing customers. I was able to quickly install the app, import reviews for various products, and instantly provide my customers with real insights from other purchasers. I needed some technical assistance with some minor updates for my Shopify theme and Hana & Toby from the customer service team quickly got engaged and I was up and running. Highly recommended!

Jasmine was very helpful and quick....you can even allowing them to access into your theme and they can change it for you!

great app! It does have all main features you would need from a review page and it looks good on the page. Also to handle it is relativly easy. As its still developing you can suggest where you would like an edit and the supporting team makes great efforts! Thank you!
