Incredible app and very easy to see why they have a 5 star rating. I reached out to support with a couple of questions and Esther was so helpful. The support is miles ahead of what you get from most paid apps.

We've just installed it but the support team have had instant response times and have been very helpful.

I really like this app and would recommend it! It's easily branded to my colors and design and has some really useful features without being overwhelming. The support team has also been really quick to respond and gone above and beyond to fix my issued even when I may have asked for too much ... :)

Esther was extremely helpful! She was friendly and answered all of my questions. She took care of all the things I needed help with very quickly.

Impressive, I needed assistant to activate the app and they managed to set it perfectly in less than an hour. Highly recommended. One comment though, email notifications to clients are automated with reference to delivery so if you are using local shipping that is not tracked by Shopify "Other shipping agent" the email will not be sent, this should be modified to automatically send email notifications based on a certain amount of time from Purchase date and not delivery date. Please check and fix this issue

I can't recommend this Shopify review app enough. It's incredibly user-friendly, and seamlessly integrated with 2 of my stores. While the free plan is great for starters, I'd love to see more resources for beginners and expanded features on the free tier in the future. In summary, this app has significantly boosted my store's credibility and customer trust, making it a must-have for any Shopify store owner. Thank you!

Really good addition to the store, easy to set up and great customer service. I had a few extra requests and Jasmine and Juliana helped me out really quickly.

Just downloaded this app. love the interface as it looks very nice and appealing. I had a little trouble and i contacted their support team and Liz from Avada helped resolve the issue in no time. So far i am pleased and will continue to use. My interaction with her was a SOLID 5 STARS, however the app does still need some work but it does have a very promising future.
