AG Product Reviews App & UGC

Really good addition to the store, easy to set up and great customer service. I had a few extra requests and Jasmine and Juliana helped me out really quickly.

Just downloaded this app. love the interface as it looks very nice and appealing. I had a little trouble and i contacted their support team and Liz from Avada helped resolve the issue in no time. So far i am pleased and will continue to use. My interaction with her was a SOLID 5 STARS, however the app does still need some work but it does have a very promising future.

Such a great experience with Sunny and Anivia! The customer support deserves 10/10. Super helpful and went out of their way to get reviews on my website. Both on product page and on the landing page. Great app too , very easy to use!

Very pleasant customer service, almost all my problems have been solved! Only problem that has not been solved was that I don't want to force my customers to evaluate products by their full name, I think the first name would be fine. I think the last name is a bit too personal for the whole world to know :) Overall very good app!!

Meeting is fate, just started to use, so far it is very good, they have 24/7 customer service support, you can ask for help if you have any questions, there are also shortcomings, but they will register needs to improve our use experience, It's worth everyone's use.

O aplicativo além de ter um visual bonito é gratuito e isso para quem está começando faz toda a diferença. Infelizmente, o app não estava funcionando no meu tema, o que me deixou bem decepcionado, já que a possibilidade de importar avaliações por CSV (presente em poucos apps dessa categoria) é incrível e poupa tempo. Entrei em contato com a equipe de suporte e fui respondido rapidamente e em 48h o meu problema foi resolvido e as avaliações passaram a aparecer em minha loja. Estou muito grato e satisfeito com o Air Product Reviews e super recomendo!

The Air Product reviews is an excellent tool for Shopify store to increase sales and conversion. When I find a help to place the product review box, Hana resolved everything for me without any worries. I had a small issue with the app, but Hana thankfully helped me and understood very quickly my issue :-) The app is very easy to use and it is quite complete for a free app ! Would recommend.
