AG Product Reviews App & UGC

I am brand new to making a website and when I initiated a chat today I was blown away but the amazing customer service!!! I had many questions that I'm sure were silly to most people and Prakash answered each and everyone of them with no judgement. I now understand my app and can't wait to utilize it on my webpage. I not only love this app but the customer service is top notch!

My experience so far has been wonderful. This app is very easy to use and to navigate. you just have to play around with it a bit. I contacted them for help and dealt with Esther, I wanted the dates of the reviews removed because I really don't feel it is necessary to have. She was kind enough to help me promptly and got it done in 2 minutes. This is what I call customer service. For all these reasons I definitely will keep this app. Thank you!

Fast and great help. I couldn't get the app working myself, but Juliana from support replied immediately to my chat message and helped me out. Now the app works and it looks great!

Works well. Flexible and customer service was excellent. They fixed any issues really quickly. Only complaint is needing to post 100 characters on the review. I am a concise kind of guy.

It was easy to setup and had the functions we wanted. Currently we needed help uninstalling and removing the code since we did not use it at the moment and the stuff was very helpful and quick with it.
