Exceptional Support from Felicity & Ryan! The Air Product Review app has been an absolute game-changer for my business. Not only is the app seamless and easy to use, but the customer service is truly unmatched. I needed help improving the general appearance of my page, especially when adding the reviews carousel to my website (www.sneakerdecorum.com) and Felicity and Ryan stepped in with quick, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful support. We even collaborated directly through Shopify, where I granted them access as an Online Store Editor. They handled everything with professionalism and genuine care for my brand’s look and feel. Felicity’s communication, in particular, was exceptional, clear, timely, and extremely supportive throughout the entire process. I just installed this app a few minutes ago. I immediately had a question about how to upload old reviews from Yotpo (sp?). I was pleasantly surprised to find the chat helper was an actual person. They helped me reformat my file so I could upload it and it only took a short while!
