I had a problem with the reviews box but after talking to one of the team (Tracy) she resolved it. They where very clear when they communicated with me. Highly recommend.

Customer care service is outstanding. Agents were very kind, professional and quick to resolve the issue. They make sure that agents are available to respond quickly, so I had the luxury of receiving assistance by Juliana, Raymond, Lydia, and Jasmine. All my questions were answered clearly and very fast, and I also receive the guidance on how to use the app efficiently. I feel comfortable using this application knowing that there are dedicated people ready to provide exceptional service.

Ich habe die App runtergeladen, aber nicht ganz verstanden, wie ich die Produktbewertungsfunktionen in meinem Onlineshop einfügen und aktivieren kann. Somit habe ich mich kurzerhand an den Kundensupport im Chat gewandt und dort hat mir die liebe Abby verständlich und einfach weitergeholfen, sodass mein Problem in nur wenigen Minuten gelöst wurde und ich die Produktbewertung nach meinen Vorstellungen nun endlich in meinem Onlineshop nutzen kann.
