Solid app. It shows the reviews well and there are a lot of different ways to display them. The default way in which the reviews show up is aesthetically pleasing and works with most themes without any customizations (unlike most apps). Additionally, the support that they give you to get stuff figured out even on the free app is extremely commendable! Felicity has been helping me out well and I'm unblocked and how.

This app is an absolute game-changer for our brand! Integrating it into our Shopify store was incredibly simple, and the options for customizing the look of the review widgets perfectly matched our minimalist aesthetic. Beyond the seamless functionality, the support team is genuinely outstanding. I had a few questions about custom placement, and they responded rightaway with a clear, helpful solution. I’ve been using the Air Reviews app and it has been an excellent experience so far. The app interface is modern, easy to customize, and works smoothly with my Shopify store. It’s perfect for collecting photo and video reviews, and the widgets look premium on both mobile and desktop. A special mention to Olivia from the support team — she was incredibly helpful, patient, and quick to respond. Her guidance made the setup process effortless. Downloaded the Air Product Reviews plugin yesterday, and with a little help from their fantastic CS team (Hana, Sonny and Avery) helping out on importing reviews and set up, the tool is so far working like a dream. It's early days so performance and any uplift in sales can't be seen yet but I'm sure this will only benefit us. It's a very easy tool to use and get to grips with, very self explanatory with a splendid team behind the scenes if you get stuck at all. Here's hoping the results show. Would look to upgrade to a paid plan in time if performance is strong.
