Kipuka from the AG Reviews support team was incredibly helpful and efficient. I had an issue with the "after Delivery" trigger not being available on my account, and Kipuka resolved it within minutes. Great communication, fast response, and excellent service. Kipuka helped me with our 2 different stores with no hesitations. She's well versed with, understands my concerns. Helped with what she has access and or what she can help me. The app too is great but with a lot of potential for more improvements. Also mentioned a few suggestions to Kipuka. Biggest factor is this is a free app that has a lot of things to offer.
