I just installed this app a few minutes ago. I immediately had a question about how to upload old reviews from Yotpo (sp?). I was pleasantly surprised to find the chat helper was an actual person. They helped me reformat my file so I could upload it and it only took a short while!

The young lady Felicity did outstanding job for me and was very patient too. She literally helped me set the whole thing up.

Customer service is very responsible and patient in helping. But Unable to start plugin, refreshing after startup prompts to start again.

Simple and easy to use. The support chat (Avery) was very helpful and worked quickly.

Good app for reviews but currently you can only import 10 reviews at a time from amazon

Good App. Though updating the app as per my theme took some weeks but in the end it worked out well. App is working good and of-course it is loaded with pretty good features. Must use this app in your shopify store.

Awesome Product, really helpful in my hair growth.

I'm most of the way through the setup phase. So far, it's fairly intuitive and simple. Lots of customizable aspects, but they aren't too overwhelming to set up. Jasmine helped me when I had a question. She was quick and helpful. Unfortunately, I was hoping to schedule "review requests" to be sent in a couple weeks for the orders I received yesterday. But you can only schedule them out for future orders, not past orders. However, you can send them immediately for past orders.

I would not have been able to get things setup and reviews imported without the help of Mirra and Audrey. There was a lot of issues with the file import and how the reviews were showing up on my site, but they were incredibly patient in making the corrections.
