I'm most of the way through the setup phase. So far, it's fairly intuitive and simple. Lots of customizable aspects, but they aren't too overwhelming to set up. Jasmine helped me when I had a question. She was quick and helpful. Unfortunately, I was hoping to schedule "review requests" to be sent in a couple weeks for the orders I received yesterday. But you can only schedule them out for future orders, not past orders. However, you can send them immediately for past orders.

I just installed the App, and I'm really thankful for Jasmine for the good online support and guidance to know how to navigate through the app and add the proper reviews to my online store.

I would not have been able to get things setup and reviews imported without the help of Mirra and Audrey. There was a lot of issues with the file import and how the reviews were showing up on my site, but they were incredibly patient in making the corrections.

Support ist erste Sahne! Die App an sich könnte noch ein paar kleine nützliche Updates haben wie z.b Googlebewertungen anzeigen etc. aber ansonsten gut!

At 1st i was a little disappointed, someone helped me to import a review from another sailing platform and maid a mess, however, someone else came around on the next day and correct all of it

A bit difficult to understand for a beginner (for this app), although I normally work with computers and software.. Not easy to find your way around. But I got great help from Jasmine and William so now the app is running

Einige Details waren nicht so einfach zu individualisieren oder mussten sowohl in der App, als auch im Theme Editor verändert werden. Das ist etwas verwirrend. Theoretisch lässt sich die Sprache der Text Felder nur in der Pro Version verstellen, was ich sehr schade finde, praktisch ließ sich allerdings auch alles in der Free Version ändern. Wieder, ziemlich verwirrend. Bleibt abzuwarten, ob das so bleibt. Der Support, besonders Abby und Prakash, war sehr freundlich und engagiert und haben mir so schnell es ging geholfen, obwohl ich vorerst nur die Free Version nutze. Alles in allem ist die App eine Empfehlung wert!

I loved it, it is easy to use as I am a newbie to all that stuff. The staff is very cooperative, I got stuck at some places few time. However, my savior Jasmine from Avada saved me with my precious time and effort and I got myself again on the right track.

Would be nice if it was more customizable however the customer support team is great and can help you with that. Hana helped me out changing some things that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.
