AG Product Reviews App & UGC

So glad I connected with their support team and had the chance to work with Aughust. She was extremely knowledgeable, helped me resolve my issues, and made sure everything was fully taken care of. I really appreciated that she followed through and didn’t leave me hanging. Great customer service!

Never been more satisfied with online assistance! Iris helped me very fast and made it very easy. I would definitely recommend!!

This is a good app for the Shopify reviews, and I must say the support is also responsive.

Howard helped me a lot, thank you. I love this app and been using for over a year

Very quick to help me change something that I could have changed myself, but offered to handle for me anyways. Then directed me on how to change it myself. Ansera was incredibly helpful :) Thank you! Very detailed but intuitive app design.

Had a problem with uploading reviews (apparently, my last upload from a few months ago was still importing!). Olivia was really quick and extremely helpful in solving the issue. Very satisfied with the outcome and thank you Olivia for your help

Required help setting up an element of the product reviews which did not have the options available in the app. Contacted support and Iris worked around the issue to get it resolved and set up exactly as i required. Perfect service thanks

I had an issue with the review section on my Shopify store, and Avery was extremely helpful throughout the process. She understood the issue clearly, guided me through the necessary steps, and helped resolve it successfully. Her support was professional, patient, and efficient. I really appreciate Avery’s assistance and the excellent customer support from Shopify. Thank you, Avery!

First time using this app and so far, I’m really happy with the experience! The app is easy to use and has been really helpful for managing my product reviews. The setup was straightforward, and whenever I had questions, Iris was super responsive and quick to assist. She patiently guided me through everything and made the whole process much easier.

I had initial troubles bringing reviews in from another app and Aria helped me address it. Looking forward to using this app. So far I am hopeful this one could be the one I am looking for

Excellent customer service. I wish I had contacted them sooner. I spent a bit of time trying to figure out an issue on my own. Arthur fixed it in minutes and gave me the instructions with screenshot for future reference.

Danke an Iris für die Unterstützung! Bisher läuft alles super mit dem Tool.
