Very helpful customer experience staff. Although they are a developing app, they are willing to listen to customers and help them through their issues. Hana was great help and was patient with my issues. Because of each and every customer service individual I have ever interacted with in Air Product Reviews App, I will be staying with them for the near future

Thank you to the entire Air Product Reviews team — they are very helpful and responsive. Special thanks to Olivia and Avery for their great support. The app is very easy to use and highly customizable, and even if you can’t change something yourself, the Air team is always ready to help.

its a really simple app to use, intuitive once you're familiar with the shopify environment. I had a query and customer support - Hana - was very helpful indeed.

I have searched for days and days for an app that can manage my reviews, and even let me import my reviews from my previous store. This app worked perfectly, the support was incredible and it looks fantastic on my website! Thanks!

I just started using this app for reviews in my store. It has many features that are heavily customizable. I would like to thank their fast support team, especially August and Riley, for their quick responses and assistance. I really appreciate their help so far.

had Mirra as my customer service agent she was terrific with the click of a button she sorted out my issue in no more than a couple minutes and i was back to work , amazing support, friendly, fast and i didnt have to lift a finger :)

So far so good. Arthur in support answered all my questions and was very patient. Initial set up was user friendly and easy.
