From the first message, she responded quickly and communicated clearly, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands. What I appreciated most is how thorough and patient she was. She didn’t just send a generic “try this” reply she asked the right questions, took time to understand what was happening on my side, and guided me step by step with clear instructions. Whenever I wasn’t sure about a setting or needed confirmation, she explained it in a simple way and made sure I understood what we were changing and why. She also stayed on the case until everything was fully resolved, not just “mostly working.” That level of follow-through is rare. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping merchants, not just closing tickets quickly. Big thank you again, Iris your support was professional, kind, and truly above and beyond. If anyone is considering this app, this kind of customer service alone is a great reason to trust it.

Great！！I wasn't very familiar with the app's features at first and encountered some issues during use. However, the software support team was very prompt and professional, patiently answering my questions—it was a huge help! Overall, the experience felt smooth with a clean interface and intuitive operation, making it easy to get started.

Same features as Loox, prettier than judge.me, and actually affordable for small businesses! :) Support is great, responsive, and helpful. I am grateful that they are so generous with their features and assistance. It makes installing their other apps a no brainer. :)

Very easy to set up and works exactly as expected. The import process is smooth, customization options are good, and the reviews look clean on the product pages. Support has been responsive whenever I had questions. Great app, especially for the free plan

Genuinely a great app, with even better customer service. I haven't felt this supported and respected by any other support team. The reveiws themselves are modern, stylish and customisable to a degree that still surprises me. why? because its all free!! I 100% wouldn't reccommend any other app for reveiws. Overall, stop your search for a free (while still being good) reveiw app because if you're reading this, you've found it.
