I was new to the App and needed some help getting set up. Avery helped me out and it was awesome. It was quick, easy, and friendly. Directed me to where I need to be, answered my questions, and even did some of the work for me. It was great. Its early, but so far this has been a 5 star experience!

Kudos to the customer service team! They responded promptly to the issue I encountered with comment import review, not only resolving the problem of the progress not displaying in a timely manner but also proactively guiding me through follow-up steps. The experience exceeded expectations!

I am glad that I came across this app. I had no clue on how to get reviews on my Shopify store and this app helped me. I faced some issues first but Avery from customer support help me out. Not only was he quick but super friendly too. Thanks for the support.

Air Reviews integrates smoothly with Shopify and the import flow is straightforward once set up correctly. Olivia from the support team was responsive and clear throughout the process, which made a real difference.

1) Kept saying I had to 'enable' the app which I had to do multiple times before it finally worked. 2) There is no way to see how the review will look on the page (no ability to add a test review for this purpose, only import or genuine customer reviews). 3) Interface extremely unintuitive all together

Regarding the app enablement, you’re absolutely right. There was an issue that caused the app to repeatedly prompt merchants to enable it. Our team is investigating this thoroughly and trying to prevent it from happening again. About previewing reviews, we’d like to clarify that Shopify enforces strict policies around review authenticity, which means we cannot allow merchants to create or publish fake test reviews. That said, to help with design and layout preview, our app does include sample reviews that are shown only for preview purposes and are never published as real customer reviews. We had a small issue with placing the correct review box. Hanna helped us immediately after texting and found a solution. 5 star rating for this
