Air Product Reviews, is a wonderful compliment to the Avada Suite. The best part of this app is the customer service. Like the other Avada products there are live people answering questions immediately. Today I chatted with Iris, she like other Avada staff knew exactly what I meant, responded with clear and easy to follow directions including screenshots and arrows. She answered my questions and fully immediately, using the this product and all of Avada is exceptional in its function but unmatched in its customer service. My customer was easily able to receive and complete the review, so I know the customer’s side is seamless as well! Thank you very much! Leigh

An incredible support team! They resolved absolutely all customization issues

Only commenting on support and set up as at time of posting my website isn’t live. However, set up was really easy (integrating into my Shopify store) as was contacting support, who were really helpful and resolved my query really quickly.

Incredible customer service from Zim. I feel bad for not paying him per session actually, me being so conditioned by capitalism.

Zim was extremely helpful in getting the reviews onto our product and collection page. We are really grateful for the timely response time as well as the efficiency with which Zim worked to getting reviews up and running across our store. Cheers!

Excelente experiencia con Air Product Reviews. La app funciona muy bien, es clara, fácil de usar y cumple perfectamente con lo que necesitaba para la tienda. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de IRIS y AUGHUST. Me respondieron de forma inmediata, incluso un domingo, y resolvieron todas mis dudas al instante. La verdad, un nivel de soporte difícil de encontrar. Una ayuda enorme y una app que realmente suma valor. Más que recomendada.
