I’ve honestly never seen such helpful and patient support before. The Air Reviews app is already powerful, but what makes it outstanding is the support team. A special thanks to Riley Riley explained everything step-by-step, answered all my questions clearly, and helped me understand how to manually add old customer reviews, auto-publish settings, and even how to manage review dates. Every reply was fast, polite, and solution-focused. As a store owner, this kind of support saves time, stress, and confusion. The assistant didn’t rush, didn’t give generic answers, and genuinely wanted to help until everything was clear. It's a good app if I'm being honest. I much prefer the layout for this app's review section than other apps which are usually payed for. Best part this one is free. Costumer support is fast as well. For example, Riley answered pronto and even helped me with my issue manually herself. overall, 5 starts for this app.

Iris provided extremely professional and efficient support. After installing Air Product Reviews, I noticed that newly added products with zero reviews were incorrectly displaying a 1-star rating on the collection page. Iris quickly identified that this was a theme-level rendering issue, clearly explained the cause, and personally helped adjust the code to fully resolve it. For design-focused stores, accurate rating display is especially important, and everything is now showing correctly. Really appreciate her technical knowledge, patience, and clear communication. This was a great support experience overall.
