Excellent experience. The support team is extremely responsive and genuinely helpful—especially HANA, who handled my queries with professionalism and speed. Whenever I faced an issue, it was resolved quickly, which is rare these days. The app works smoothly and truly delivers on what it promises. This app is a game changer for new store owners. I use it to import reviews from different platforms to build customer trust, and it works perfectly. The app is also very lightweight, so it doesn’t affect store performance. There are several beautiful customization options, and whenever I face any issue, I reach out to Iris she is extremely helpful and always solves my problems quickly. I really appreciate the care and support from their team. Highly recommended to everyone.
