AG Product Reviews is hands down the best review plugin for Shopify! The app works flawlessly, but what impresses me even more is their team. They are incredibly professional and successfully solved all the issues I encountered. A special, huge thanks to Iris—she was extremely helpful, patient, and guided me through everything. Kipuka from the AG Reviews support team was incredibly helpful and efficient. I had an issue with the "after Delivery" trigger not being available on my account, and Kipuka resolved it within minutes. Great communication, fast response, and excellent service. Me dedicaron un tiempo infinito, con mucha paciencia, explicándome todo muy simple y llevándome paso a paso para resolver y solucionar y dejar todo marchando muy bien. Kipuka helped me with our 2 different stores with no hesitations. She's well versed with, understands my concerns. Helped with what she has access and or what she can help me. The app too is great but with a lot of potential for more improvements. Also mentioned a few suggestions to Kipuka. Biggest factor is this is a free app that has a lot of things to offer.
