Exceptional Support from Felicity & Ryan! The Air Product Review app has been an absolute game-changer for my business. Not only is the app seamless and easy to use, but the customer service is truly unmatched. I needed help improving the general appearance of my page, especially when adding the reviews carousel to my website (www.sneakerdecorum.com) and Felicity and Ryan stepped in with quick, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful support. We even collaborated directly through Shopify, where I granted them access as an Online Store Editor. They handled everything with professionalism and genuine care for my brand’s look and feel. Felicity’s communication, in particular, was exceptional, clear, timely, and extremely supportive throughout the entire process. Their patience, clarity, and dedication made the experience smooth and stress-free. I’m truly grateful for their outstanding assistance. one of the best customer service I 've ever dealt with. April was crazy fast and so kind. I give her a 5 stars because I cannot give her 6 :) special mention for Iris from the customer services who was so kind and helpful
