I'm making the move from JudgeMe as this app offers better value and pretty much the same features. Also, their help chat is always online and SUPER helpful. Julia, Alyssa, Alice have spend a lot of time with me answering my questions so I can testify their support is top notch! The interface and UI options are excellent, and it's working well collecting reviews that look great! I've even added a bunch more Avada apps to my store, simply for the reason that I know their support is second-to-none, they just work, and best of all, many are free! Great work from this amazing team!

This app is really good. Importing reviews was easy and Riley helped me set it up without any trouble. I am glad I found this app, it does exactly what I need.

Huge thanks to Mirra and Andrew from Air Reviews support! I had a really difficult issue integrating review stars into my GemPages collections, and they went above and beyond to solve it. Their patience, knowledge, and quick responses made the process smooth and stress-free. This is honestly the most impressive and helpful customer support I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend Air Reviews for both the app and their incredible team!

We had a great experience with the Air Product Review app. Their support team was fantastic — Abby provided excellent customer service, and William quickly fixed the product rating display issue with clear communication and efficiency. I was looking for an easy to use product reviews app for my store and this is the best one I have found! The UI is so simple and easy to navigate, everything is super easy to set up and there is no code at all needed. Also the customer care agents are quite helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend this app if you are looking for a reviews app
