The app is great, and the customer support experience is even better. Arthur quicky assisted in helping send review requests for previous orders prior to installing the app.

It's more convenient to use compared to other applications. There is also prompt support from customer service staff. I highly recommend this app.

We had a problem with the reviews not displaying properly after transferring them over from another app. Jade was quick to notice our problem and assist us with a solution from HER side of support so that we could rest assured. Very happy with the support we received and the way the reviews appear on our website!!

I am genuinely impressed by the Team and my contact Felicity. She was able to pinpoint a small glitch and have her team fix in a matter of minutes. I've had this app for only a few hours and it only took that for me to wish I had found it sooner! If the incredible features, ease of use and variety of options for customizations were not enough, the support staff sealed the deal! Felicity & Avery are hands down two of the kindest, patient and helpful people I have experienced working with through an app support chat. I am so thankful to them both for going above and beyond to help me through a few hiccups transferring my reviews from the previous host. If it was possible I would ask for one of them each time I needed support. Don't hesitate to download this app, peace of mind is just a few clicks away!
