Arthur helped me with settings on the Air Product Reviews. I needed to hide some features as a new store, all my reviews were zero. I felt this was a negative with potential customers so he walked me through how to hide certain features until I got some reveiw . very patient and thorough in his explanations...

Ich hatte einige Fragen an das Support-Team, da ich zum Start meines Online-Shops erstmal einstellen wollte, dass Bewertungen von Kunden abgegeben werden können, sie aber noch nicht im Shop sichtbar sind. Riley aus dem Support-Team konnte mir dabei sehr gut helfen. Sie war sehr freundlich und hat mir mittels Screenshots alles gezeigt. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell.
