This app is very helpful and their support is unbelievable. I recently installed the app on my Shopify store and ran into an issue with uploading CSV files. Thankfully, their support team was exceptional. I contacted them for help, and they replied within seconds. They swiftly resolved my issue and even completed the entire setup on my behalf within minutes. I didn't expect such efficient and helpful customer support. Avada Air Reviews truly exceeded my expectations and made the process incredibly easy. Highly recommend this app for its outstanding support!

We started using this since Dec 2023. We faced no issues until about 2 days ago when one of our customers alerted us that the review section is not showing any content or had disappeared altogether. Contacted the support team. Nolan and William was very helpful. They requested developer access and started working on the issue immediately. It was resolved in less than 3 hours.

I had a small issue with how my reviews looked. I messaged the chat and Audrey was quick to respond. She understood my issue and immediately let her team know. In few minutes, it was resolved with proof! Customer support was smooth, easy, and helpful. Thank you guys so much, and for Anivia for fixing my issue!
