The team at Avada have once again built a wonderful app, and provided incredible customer support. Shout out to Elle, Jade, Sonny and Charles who have all assisted us with importing reviews, setting up the app and promptly resolving issues we had. Highly recommend as always!

I’m thoroughly impressed with Avada! the app is intuitive and delivers exactly as promised, but what truly stood out was the outstanding support from Hana. she responded promptly, resolved my issue with patience, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Truly one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had — and the app is fantastic too! ️ I was honestly feeling really confused and overwhelmed trying to figure out how to set up product reviews and UGC on my store. So many features, so many settings — I wasn’t sure where to even start . But then I reached out through the chat on the Air Product Reviews App, and that’s when everything changed. Sonny jumped into the chat and immediately made me feel heard and understood . He walked me through every step, answered all my (many!) questions with patience, and never rushed me. It honestly felt like chatting with a friend who actually knew what they were doing . Thanks to Sonny’s guidance, I now have gorgeous customer reviews and user-generated content showing on my store — it looks so professional and helps build real trust with my visitors . I can’t thank the team enough for creating such an intuitive, powerful app — but even more importantly, for backing it up with human support that truly cares. 素晴らしいアプリです。以前は有料プランがあったようですが、最近の変更ですべて無料になったようです。最初のセッティングで戸惑いましたがJasmine のチャットサポートがとても早くて親切でした。

I didn't test all the features as I just got the app today, seems nice as I can import reviews from 3rd party apps and the UI is nice, i left 5 stars as the Support from Hana was quick and really helpful, saved me quite some time, I hope the rest of the app is as good

I contacted support for some assistance with uploading contacts from a previous store, not only did Jade help me the entire way, she was so patient and kind in doing so! she solved my problem and im so very grateful!

Super straight forward and exactly what I needed! I needed help getting my theme to work with a couple functions and Jade immediately got to work and had it set up and ready to go in just a few minutes. Highly recommend!
