There was a problem with review carousel optimization. It was not working compatible with the theme, but with the help of Felicity, the problem was solved in a very short time. Thank you for your help.

Jade and the tech team spent over 2 hours helping me set up the review app on my store. It was made difficult by my store running on an older theme, so it required theme code editing. The level of service was amazing, definitely going above and beyond what I expected. The review app looks sleek and modern and it's amazing this app is free! The features and customisation are much better than I've experienced in other review apps, so looking forward to using it more. Thank you, Jade and the team for all your help.

Set up was easy, quick and simple. Had a little trouble setting up request emails to send to old orders but with the help of Iris from the support chat, my store is up and running at full speed. Thanks again for the help and I would definitely recommend this app for anyone needing/wanting to have a review app on their site.

This app is super easy to use and works perfectly for collecting and showing customer reviews. I was able to import and manage reviews for my products quickly, and the customization options make the review section look professional and trustworthy on my store. It definitely helps build social proof and gives my customers more confidence to buy. Highly recommend this app to any Shopify store owner looking to grow their brand.

Good app for reviews but currently you can only import 10 reviews at a time from amazon

I'm making the move from JudgeMe as this app offers better value and pretty much the same features. Also, their help chat is always online and SUPER helpful. Julia, Alyssa, Alice have spend a lot of time with me answering my questions so I can testify their support is top notch! The interface and UI options are excellent, and it's working well collecting reviews that look great! I've even added a bunch more Avada apps to my store, simply for the reason that I know their support is second-to-none, they just work, and best of all, many are free! Great work from this amazing team!
