The app is great, and the customer support experience is even better. Arthur quicky assisted in helping send review requests for previous orders prior to installing the app.

Perfect app, I tried a lot of programs of the same type and finally decided to use the Air Product Reviews App. When I had problems using it, I got great customer service and fast response time, especially “Hana” helped me a lot and solved my problem quickly. Everything is great and I hope your work gets better and better!

We had a problem with the reviews not displaying properly after transferring them over from another app. Jade was quick to notice our problem and assist us with a solution from HER side of support so that we could rest assured. Very happy with the support we received and the way the reviews appear on our website!!
