AG Product Reviews App & UGC

Solid app. It shows the reviews well and there are a lot of different ways to display them. The default way in which the reviews show up is aesthetically pleasing and works with most themes without any customizations (unlike most apps). Additionally, the support that they give you to get stuff figured out even on the free app is extremely commendable! Felicity has been helping me out well and I'm unblocked and how.

Agradecer a Felicity su trato y ayuda recibida, gracias!!

Very helpful team.

Wonderful support and easy setup, very useful for website!

Russ was really helpful in setting up my reviews after I had installed the app. She made it simple using screenshots and was easy to setup!

I’ve been using the Air Reviews app and it has been an excellent experience so far. The app interface is modern, easy to customize, and works smoothly with my Shopify store. It’s perfect for collecting photo and video reviews, and the widgets look premium on both mobile and desktop. A special mention to Olivia from the support team — she was incredibly helpful, patient, and quick to respond. Her guidance made the setup process effortless. Thank you, Olivia, for the outstanding support! Highly recommend the app and their amazing support team!

hana me ha ayudado muy rapido y concreto, gracias

Amazing App and Customer Support

I recently set up the app and the process was smooth and straightforward. Avery was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions quickly and clearly.

Nice support by Audrey

The app is easy to use and configure, has enough configurations and you can customize the reviews. So far the free version is enough for me, with all the features I want, so I really appreciate that there are no hidden essential functionalities under a pay wall. Support is also fast and helpfull, really enjoy this app so far I am still new, one thing i would have to suggest maybe would be nice to make it easier to set global theme colors that auto apply to components, and maybe localization could be better and made in one place. But these are small things and maybe it is my lack of experience with the app.

sono stata aiutata da OLIVIA che è stata gentilissima e super efficiente... in pochi minuti e' riuscita ad aiutarmi a risolvere il mio problema.... con cui lottavo da ore prima di contattarla!!!!!!!!!

thanks hana!

The App is Fabulous. It has many features regarding Reviews. Also i face some issues but Air reviews team especially Ms. Avery solved it instantly. I am really thankful.

Arthur helped me out with all my problems. I over looked a few things and he helped me get back on track. Now I can get reviews that will help my business grow.
