Très bonne application. J'ai eu un peut de mal sur cératines choses, du au peu de connaissances dans certaines choses, et l'équipe a été présente rapidement. Je remercie notamment Jasmine qui m'a été d'un grand aide et a fait plus que ce que j'espérais. La seule chose qui manque (selon moi) c'est la possibilité d'éditer les avis directement dans l'application au lieu de le faire avec un csv. Je recommande cette application

I just started using the app, and my first impression is very positive. It offers many features and is free. The interface is clear and intuitive, both from a programming and user experience standpoint. Support is very quick, helpful, to the point, and kind—I spoke with Alicia and Jasmine, who assisted me with email scheduling and review import. This feels like a trustworthy, quality app. Compared to another popular app I struggled with due to its confusing UI, this one is much easier to use. I haven’t fully tested everything yet, but so far, I’m impressed. An important missing feature for me is the ability to schedule review emails based on when the product is received, not just fulfilled. Also, having multiple scheduling options depending on whether the product is digital or physical, or even better, by collection or specific product selection, would be great. I hope this gets developed too, as I see there is a feature list where users can vote for new feature additions.

Just started using this app today for our Dog Treat business and the team have been helping us set it up. So far so good. Great app as it lets us offer our customers a reward for reviews and also they can put pics of their pups up

I really like this app! It has all the functionalities i needed for my store, its free and the customer service is great. Hana was very helpful with all my questions and doubts and also helped me import reviews from other apps. After trying different review apps i can say that this is one of the best!

i had issues uploading my past reviews from Klaviyo. the support staff literally took my csv, did all the heavy lifting by fixing it to work with their formatting, and uploading them all for me! super grateful! don't be afraid to open that chat button if you need help!
