Alyssa and her team provided amazing customer service! I needed help adding the star rating to our store, and they had it up and running quickly. I highly recommend their service for any business just starting up.

Great App everything you need is there in the app and it is easy to use all the features are there easy to import reviews through amazon and other market places and most importantly support is amazing they are very nice people, like i was stuck somewhere and a person called MIA she helped me through it and she is very kind and helpfull quick responses and explains everything in detail . big shout out to MIA .

I am extremely impressed with the performance of this plugin. The customer service provided by Lydia and Maison is exceptional. They have been able to resolve nearly all of my inquiries. I am truly satisfied with this product.

The best reviews app. It was so easy to set up. Emily was so kind to help me through the process and made sure everything went smooth. It looks so nice on the website too

Wonderful customer support, Audrey helped me with the entire set up process start to end, and loved how it was automated. It would help to get a summary of how she went about it so that if I have a need to future add-on but getting a transcript of the chat and the automated processes that was requested help on in shopify setups. Amazing support by the team, Tiana is so helpful as my store was not supporting this app and not showing the reviews. but She escalated the case not the spot :)

I used all of best rated review apps but they only offer limited features ...But this air reviews app was amazing it offer many features than i expected and their customer support was fast and i get better experience with and thankyou Air reviews team for your all support and features
