Love this app. Had it for a few months and having reviews really helped create trust with my customers. I recently had a brief issue importing some reviews from amazon and the customer support team was able to help me out immediately. They also helped fixed how the reviews looked on my website. Best customer support experience I've ever had at any company. Special thanks to Tiana and Anivia who were the ones to get my issues sorted so fast!

Thank you thank you thank you NOLAN and NIKITA. I had an issue uploading my reviews to my BeautyBrainsBoobs.com website, and the dynamic duo above were super quick, thorough and have outstanding customer service skills. I waited a short while, for them to investigate and resolve my issue. They even gave me a template that I can use going forward. This has far surpassed my expectations, and I would 100% recommend. I am using this app and its really helpful. I was stuck at some places where i wasn't able to figure our how to do it. The team is always available on the live chat helped me and resolved my issues with in couple of minutes.

Best review app that you can get. Very easy to use, and the import from Aliexpress or manually from a CSV file, is done in seconds. Also, the support was very prompt, especially Esther who helped me a lot.

Hatte anfangs Probleme die Bewertungen einzufügen, wobei mir der 24/7 Support jedoch schnell weiterhelfen konnte. Die Darstellung auf der Website ist meiner Meinung nach auch gut. Werde meine Shops von nun an nur noch hier machen.

I had an issue, in setup reviews on main page and product pages and I tried alot. Later I spoke to the support team, they helped me to solve this matter and now it is good to go. Special thanks to Lydia and Anivia for getting this done quickly! Cheers
