I had a great experience using the Air Product Reviews App & UGC. The app is user-friendly, packed with useful features, and makes managing customer reviews effortless. It has significantly improved the credibility of my store! A special shoutout to Abby from customer support—she was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the setup process. She patiently explained everything, making it easy for me to customize the app to fit my store’s needs. Her support was top-notch, and I truly appreciate the effort she put in. Great work, Abby! I wouldn't recommend this app. Despite sending a request for a review to my only customer, it hasn't worked as expected. I've sent out two emails requesting a review, but neither included a working link. I'm still waiting for a response from customer support The good news is that the support staff is super helpful.
