I have been using the app for a while now and have had a great experience so far. Love the features, customization abilities and how easy it is to use the app. Recently, I wanted to migrate my reviews from one Shopify account to another, and Audrey from support was very helpful with explaining to me the whole process step by step along with some other question that I had. Definitely recommend as they also roll out new updates quite regularly, and you can find yourself with new features to work with.

Truly one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had — and the app is fantastic too! ️ I was honestly feeling really confused and overwhelmed trying to figure out how to set up product reviews and UGC on my store.
