The app is easy to use and if something doesn't work, the support team is immediately available (especially Damian and Jasmine). I can only recommend this review app to everyone. No other app offers so many features, even in the free version.

Air Product Reviews App support team is super helpful. For other review app you only have an option to install and do easy set up. But Air Product review team help me write code and let it fit my webpage. They spent a whole after to help me fix all issues and help me created a super nice review section on both my collection page and product page. Thank you so much Hana, Alyssa and whole Air Product Reviews app team. A must-have app on your shopify store.

I’ve tried so many review apps, and honestly, most of them just made me cringe. This one? A total game-changer. Yeah, sometimes there are little technical hiccups (it happens), but the support team?? Unreal. Like, actually the nicest and most helpful people ever. Every time I reach out, they fix everything so fast, no hassle, no nonsense. And they’re available all the time, which still blows my mind. Plus, they keep adding new features, updating things—it just keeps getting better. I’m never switching.

Very good app to showcase reviews and testimonials on you store. got some issues but Audrey helped me ery quick and tell me how to do if this happens again.

I was having some challenges uploading reviews and Audrey with Air Product made it a breeze. She sent photos explaining steps and even reviewed at the end to ensure everything looked good. Very happy.

Customer service is very helpful. I was able to send reviews to my older orders which some other apps don't allow you to do.
