I would recommend this app based on my experience. I am a new store owner and budget is tight. I am using the free feature for now and the customer service is excellent. I am encouraged to upgrade to the paid features as soon as business picks up. Alyssa has been very helpful and patient with me.

It supports verified purchase badges, star ratings just like Amazon, and offers an incredibly user-friendly interface. One feature I particularly love is the ability to import reviews via spreadsheet — it’s so simple! All you need is the basic product information.
