Truly one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had — and the app is fantastic too! ️ I was honestly feeling really confused and overwhelmed trying to figure out how to set up product reviews and UGC on my store. So many features, so many settings — I wasn’t sure where to even start . But then I reached out through the chat on the Air Product Reviews App, and that’s when everything changed. Sonny jumped into the chat and immediately made me feel heard and understood . He walked me through every step, answered all my (many!) questions with patience, and never rushed me. I didn't test all the features as I just got the app today, seems nice as I can import reviews from 3rd party apps and the UI is nice, i left 5 stars as the Support from Hana was quick and really helpful, saved me quite some time, I hope the rest of the app is as good
