Best Review App Ever. It has all the features I need and have very professional and kind support team. I had an issue with a special character in review and I contacted the support team and Jasmine answered pick the chat and handled it within seconds. Very quick and kind too. I tried out several other (most popular) review apps before I finally installed Air Product Review. Wish I had done this earlier just to avoid all those frustrations and the waste of time. I love how this app allows me to manage reviews, to integrate with other apps, and to customize its applets on my page. I had a little trouble setting up the star rating widget on several pages, because my theme template does not support this app by default. I reached out to the customer support of Air Product Review, and was connected to Sonny. Kudos to Sonny and the tech team with him, the problem was resolved within a couple hours! And while waiting, Sonny constantly kept me posted about the progress, which was really reassuring. This is definitely one of my best experiences on Shopify so far.
