Great Support

I recently integrated this app into my Shopify store, and I am happier with the results! The app is incredibly user-friendly and has made collecting and showcasing customer reviews seamless. I tried out several other (most popular) review apps before I finally installed Air Product Review. Wish I had done this earlier just to avoid all those frustrations and the waste of time. I love how this app allows me to manage reviews, to integrate with other apps, and to customize its applets on my page. I had a little trouble setting up the star rating widget on several pages, because my theme template does not support this app by default. I reached out to the customer support of Air Product Review, and was connected to Sonny. Kudos to Sonny and the tech team with him, the problem was resolved within a couple hours! And while waiting, Sonny constantly kept me posted about the progress, which was really reassuring. This is definitely one of my best experiences on Shopify so far.

Abby from customer support helped me out when I was importing reviews. They weren't working and I couldn't find the fix until Abby helped me very quickly. The design of the reviews and other features are nice and are functional. Overall great app, highly recommend!

Unbelievably easy to install! Customer support (Tracy and Abby) were wonderful in helping to set up the functionality in our store. I'm still yet to experience the full functionality, but from what I see so far in comparison to other review apps we've used, this seems to be exactly what we need. Clean interface as well. I'd absolutely recommend this app!

This review plugin is very powerful, and it offers a free package, which is very friendly to a new store like mine. If I can make a profit, I will be happy to open a premium package. The most important thing is that their customer service Hana helped me a lot, thank you Hana!

Fast and friendly support thanks to Abby

It was super easy to import reviews from my old website which was super helpful. When I ran into a snag, I got instant online help while still in my shopify store. Sonny was such a big help. He was knowledgable, and went above and beyond by helping with my initial question, but then seeing another issue I didn't even know I was having, and fixed it. All this happened in about 6 minutes. Now everything is up and running perfectly. Thank you Sonny and Air Product Reviews. I am a satisfied customer.
