I recently encountered an issue while trying to import reviews from the Air Review app to our Shopify store. This problem persisted for a couple of days, causing a bit of frustration on our end. Emily and Tony demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise in addressing our concerns. They were not only prompt in their responses but also went above and beyond to ensure that we received the assistance we needed. Their clear communication and dedication to solving our issue were truly commendable. Thanks to Emily and Tony's help, we were able to seamlessly integrate the reviews into our Shopify store, enhancing our customers' shopping experience.

As a novice this is still easy to use! Any confusions quickly cleared up with the chat support - Tiana was particularly helpful and took all the stress away from my lack of tech knowledge! Very happy, would recommend for simple review app :)

Yes. The apps is super. The UI is quite simple and clean. And the helpdesk is quite helpful and Esther from Support team helped me a lot.
