I am very happy with this app, it has a lot of advanced features and the best part is that its customer support is amazing.

The "Air Review " is best ever review app. I have never seen such a user friendly, customer supportive and well in time responsive app. Apart from its easy interface and lighter in weight / size, its customer support is amazing. Whatever your query is, whatever your question is, its customer support is marvelous. Its my personal experience as today i was facing two major issues, but their customer care staff named "Emily" was so caring and responsive as i felt that she is only reserve for me. without any delay she answered my multiple questions and resolved my both issue without any delay. My running campaigns would otherwise became disturb if she did not timely responsed and resolved my issues. Thanks Air Review, Thanks Emily. Thanks again.

Really synoptical with great features even on free plan. The support team is the best I've ever seen especially Jasmine and Andrew. All my complicated problems went up in smoke in minutes, thank you so much.

I recently switched to this app, replacing the one I was using before. While most features were excellent, I noticed that the number of reviews displayed on the page didn’t match the actual number of reviews. I reached out through chat, expecting a long wait based on my past experiences with some customer service, but I received a response very very quickly. Lydia and Toby were incredibly helpful and kind. It was a great experience!

Really good!! I've imported reviews, and it was very easy. But the thing I liked the most is definitely the reviews design. Also, excellent customer support, I had an issue, and they solved it immediately (thanks to Pamela).
